Got this photo while looking for something Red for a photography group I am part of. We have 2 of these beautiful birds which are very tame, they have a lovely deep colour to their feathers. This girl was a little put out by being placed in a small studio but quite amusingly wouldn’t walk off the black fabric acting as a floor and backdrop which made it easier to get her photo. This picture is lit with just a single flash up quite high through an umbrella – if you look in her eye you can see it reflected.
