The final post in this series – this was the sunset as I was driving home from the walk. I just had to pull over and get a photo. I tried a few different angle but having a foreground object helped add some interest to the shot.

A tip for getting the silhouette: Normally if you just ‘point and shoot’ you will get a sky that is not as colourful as what you seen – this is because the camera is trying to get a setting that tries to get an average reading. If you have manual settings this is easiest way to go – just meter off the sky and away you go. Otherwise try and focus on the sky with a half press of your shutter then recompose your shot and fully depress the shutter.
